I wanted to be really provocative in my title.
CMS payment stopped AGAIN - this time I hope he's dead......

Clearly wishing someone dead is not very nice. I wasn't brave enough to put the voting on

Seeing as I only get £29 a month, it won't hurt too much but this money does pay out for the life insurance against his life....

CMS are only open 9-3.30 at the moment. That is definitely unreasonable right?

How do you know if his circumstances have changed?

I can't contact him. He's been in prison. I don't know where he lives. He lost his mobile years ago.

I have no idea why my pittance of CMS is due to stop it's the lowest rate from his benefit. But I won't get my £29 this month.

I hope it is because he is dead.

CMS are not fit for purpose

They are on my 2021 once Covid is finished hit list

They’ve wound down any enforcement activity because “covid”. I saw a freedom of information request asking them how many times they had used the full force of their powers to claw back debt. Zero.

My circumstances are so dire. I need to get my MP to instigate a law change. I'm too tired Being a good Mum.

When he went to prison, I got £0. When he's out, I get £29.

I don't watch it. I don't have a TV license probably due to my general poverty of being a single parent.
