My boyfriend doesn't give me aa much attention now. He's always on his phone sometimes at night it'll be til half 2/3 in the morning watching porn or playing roulette. With the lockdown now here I started exercise indoors cause I was feeling ugly from the lack of attention. We do still have a laugh, conversation, have fun.
Could he bored of me though?

I thought maybe it's because we're constantly in the house together . He has a job but only part time. Its disheartening when he doesn't acknowledge me anymore even for a cuddle. Last night we had sex and he was rough with me then afterwards he just leant on me to get past me and lay down. Then got dressed and put his arm round for 5 mins then went on his phone for hours.
I told him he was too rough and he said sorry he won't do that again.

OP, following your update he’s a horrible potentially dangerous man. You don’t need to tell him he’s selfish. He knows. He’s choosing to be like that, and to disrespect, ignore you and hurt you.

You need to break up with him. What’s your housing situation?

I live in my own house. He doesn't live here but stays here every night. I dont believe he's dangerous i just believe he's selfish and possibly doesn't care about me anymore.

As others have said, he just sounds super boring. The rough sex sounds horrible, and likely something he has picked up from porn but thats no excuse. I know that lots of people on here are OK with porn, and thats OK, but it can affect your brain (as anything can) especially if someone is watching it frequently for very long periods of time. If someone is watching violent/rough porn* for hours a day then that has to leach into the way they view sex in real life.
*and a lot of porn, even if it is not actual BDSM style is a lot rougher than real life sex is generally - this is partly due to what actually looks "good" on camera.

Exactly!! Respect yourself more before you fall into believing this is normal behaviour.

Well I defo thinking of it. Of breaking up. He has toothache again after the doctors only took out a bad tooth and not the one that hurts because he eats way too much sweet stuff. And I went to see if he was alright and comfort him but he put his hands up as if to say don't come near me and said please don't. So I left the room quietly.

Does he watch porn on his phone whilst you are in the same room? In the house at the time? OP even if hes doing it whilst you are out that is really disrespectful. Talk to him. You are not unreasonable to want more attention. You are definitely not unreasonable to ask him to stop watching porn instead of spending time with you. You dont have to live like that.

Oh just get rid, he's worse than useless.
