I upgraded my phone contract with THREE beginning of December for the new iPhone 12 which was due for delivery today (6th January) I then got a msg this morning stating it had been delayed til 25th January.
My old contract ended in December so I'm now paying nearly £60 a month for a contract that is technically a sim only deal which is around £20 a month.
I've spoken to numerous people at 3 today and got nowhere, 1 offered me £5 when technically I should only be paying for my calls, msgs Internet as why should I pay £40 for a phone I can't use!
Aibu complaining about having to pay for a whole month of a contract when they are not fulfilling their end of it?
I went round and round in circles with three today and now I don't know what to do?
