A bit worried about fraud

My friend told me her ex was threatened with fraud for having a student account when he was no longer a student

My account has been moved to a graduate account and I haven't been a student since 2015. There's an overdraft I know pay overcharges on

Will I be charged with fraud for this?

Have you acted dishonestly in obtaining and maintaining access to said student account? If not (and I doubt that you have been misrepresenting your status to the bank), then it is unlikely that you have been committing fraud.

Police will have approximately zero interest in prosecuting a non-student who has a student account.

But you don't have a student account, you have a graduate account.

Which is just a normal acount but with a nice name that helps build brand loyalty

A graduate is a student who has graduated. If you finished uni you are a graduate. That's not fraud
