What injuries have you had?

Just to name a few
Broken finger
Sprained ankle
Bruised shin

Shattered femur and kneecap. Life turned to total shit after that.

Sprained both ankles (at different times)
Broken foot
Dislocated knee
Damaged the other knee
Broken arm
Concussion
Smashed baby teeth
Multiple scars

I'm known for injuring myself in odd ways. Somehow, never seriously...

Bruised shin? Aw come on. That's not newsworthy.
3 x broken arms is my headline. Age 10, 22, 42.

Bashed a rib a few weeks ago, too. Wow, damaged ribs hurt!

I used to ride horses.

Chipped the tip of the bone in my big toe.

I think I may be a little clumsy.

I also have the ability to trip over in flat floors and choke on fresh air. 🤷‍♀️

Split my ear open on a door whilst playing rug of war with my uncle as a toddler.

Cut above eye. Part of the affected eyebrow has never regrown which gives me an intriguingly cynical air in my dreams

Broken arm. Thanks PE teacher who made me go hand over sweaty hand on an overhead bar I knew I couldn't do.

Dislocated kneecap. 100% less slippy now I've lost weight.

Currently recovering from a sprained toe which decided to take on a wooden chair leg and lost.

Quite a few over the years. 17+ years of full contact kickboxing, thai boxing then Brazilian jiu jitsu, then add motorbike accidents in to the mix. My body is not a temple. Well, maybe a broken one.

Scratched my cornea on a kebab skewer when I was a kid. Thanks to my Dad carrying a random stack of plates with the skewers all sticking out and me barreling round a corner....
When I was 8 our primary teacher let us construct our own obstacle course in the hall. We ended up hefting the school benches around and propping them up and one fell on my foot. Oh the pain.
I have no idea why I wasn't taken to A&E. I was given and ice pack then sent home. I've had a sore instep ever since.
Big gouge taken out of my thumb by a kitchen devil. They're aptly named. It cuts across the other scar on my thumb where I was opening a can of corned beef, but I came off worse.
Permanent crunchy noises in my neck from whiplash.
Fell on my bum ice skating and couldn't sit without a heat pad for six weeks.

2 broken fingers, grade 3 ankle sprain thst needed pinning. Another op to remove pins as I broke them. Screws in one broken finger, cracked scaphoid, two dislocated shoulders, whiplash....

Oh and chipped ankle joint

Fractured skull , broken back, torn ligaments, broken tooth. Bleed on the Brian. 3rd degree burn , cut open chin, cut open top of nose and broken bone at top of nose. Torn muscle broken hip and public bone.slipped disc. And optic nerve damage . Collapsed lungs. These are obviously the major things I’ve also had a lot of minor silly things happen to. 🤦‍♀️

Sprained ankle - did that at work jumping down onto an uneven bit of grass and landing awkwardly, so bucked the trend there.

At least I’m keeping fit and healthy...
