Hands up who hates snow

Can't stand snow - hate the sight if it and don't think it looks pretty.

Never want to go outside in it for snuggled up walk. Never want to go sledging or make a crappy snowman. The sight of it makes me feel ill.

Husband thinks I'm lying when I say it looks horrible, but I'm not.

Are there any others out there whose heart sinks at the sight of a snowflake? Or just me.

Nope, we love snow :) we had the tiniest flurry today and was stood in our garden with our 6 month old DD giggling in my arms while the dogs ran around trying to catch it 😂

Love to look at, but dread having to go out to work in it.

Goldrill · 02/01/2021 18:01

I like it from a distance! Near enough to go and enjoy, but without all the slidey pavements and soggy kids.

birdling · 02/01/2021 18:11

I love to watch it falling, but hate going out in it.

Holothane · 02/01/2021 18:14

Hate it I’m not allowed out if I fall I wouldn’t get up again arthritis also detached retina so can’t risk it.

DipSwimSwoosh · 02/01/2021 18:14

It's pretty but it's cold, wet and inconvenient. I hate wearing layers, the faff and the mud. Kids get cold and miserable. Roads shut. Wet clothes hanging everywhere. No I don't like snow.

I hate it, it makes me feel physically sick...worse when it’s melting onto plants, trees and the side of the road because it looks like gross old chewing gum.
