To seek the beet bourgignon recommender?

I've been through chat and recipe boards for the last 10 days and can't find the right thread.
Someone recommended beet bourgignon made from vacuum packed cooked beets. I thought they said it was from the Green Roasting Tin but I bought the book and it isn't in there.
Was it you? If so where is the recipe from please? All the ones I've found online use fresh beets . Thank you

Thanks for that link. It would don't the one I was thinking of but it looks like the poster is using precooked beets in a recipe which states raw so that opens my options up a lot! Thanks again @peanutbutterandfluff
