I mean it’s fine but I feel increasingly driven to make connections online.

YABU = ssssh, go deeper within to connect with oneself

YANBU = this is perfectly normal and healthy

I spend a lot more time here than I used to!

Fortunately I still go to work so get some chat but I know what you're saying
