I’d say iPhone 7 maybe, hard to tell if there’s a band under the camera? It doesn’t look like it. If there is then 6 or 6S. If no band, then 7.

It’s a 6. 7 has a bigger camera.

If she logs onto iCloud.com and goes to 'settings' she should see the iPhone model under 'My devices'
