Gorgeous day for a run here: crisp, cold sunshine! Dh and I went yesterday as can't really manage it today with timings. Enjoy!

I was planning to as normal but it’s proper freezing outside so very slippy. So will wait until nearer lunchtime so I don’t break my neck!

I think you are being unreasonable because I would love to be the kind of person who goes a run on Christmas morning.

I just got back from the gym. Feeling good

Just had a short pre-breakfast run. Was pretty slow, but nonetheless pleased that i got out. It's snowy here, and so lovely and quiet first thing in the morning :)

I’m still in bed!

Didn’t go for a run but I’ve done an hour of strength training this morning and I feel awesome (DCs spending Christmas with their Dad this year). Merry Christmas vipers!
