My neighbours decided to bring in Christmas day with a midnight firework display!

Not a grinch imho. Fireworks should be public display only, on November 5th, no later than 9PM. No other time.

Maybe I'm a grinch too.

Also just hate fireworks anyway.

I would be beyond angry. Children in bed asleep waiting for Santa or at least trying to. What the fuck do they think they are playing at? I also agree with SantasAnus which is not a sentence I ever thought I would say. I hope your night gets back on track but I would write a note or go and knock tomorrow and say how it disturbed you. Dickheads.

That's what I thought too. Luckily mine aren't light sleepers.

Really selfish the one night almost every parent wants their children asleep early and neighbour wants to wake them up.

Don’t get me started on my opinions of fireworks and the distress it causes to animals. Let’s just say I’m not a fan of them (fireworks, not animals!). Even less of a fan on days other than Bonfire Night, Diwali or New Year’s Eve. Definitely not a fan of noisy fireworks late at night when people are sleeping.

I would be furious mainly because I am up for work at 6am but also I just don't like fireworks at home I know someone who's roof was set on fire by one that someone had lit in their garden.
