Very boring but I'm annoyed..
Went to the hairdresser, was book in for colour cut and a half head. They tested my hair for the highlights, never had a problem before and said my hair started smoking.
My hair is in great condition and I've not had highlights for years, said they couldn't do the foils. When it came to cut my hair I asked for the bare minimum cut off, then the hairdresser said my hair was in great condition and I had no split ends so said she didn't need to cut it?? I know they were really busy and rushing but still...

Can my hair really be damaged if I've no split ends? Or were they fobbing me off? Hair looks shit by the way

And they charged me £100

So what did they actually do? Did they colour your hair?

They didn’t colour your hair and they didn’t cut it. Did you ask them exactly what they did that cost £100?

They put in a semi. Looks bloody awful. I was looking forward to having lovely hair. Would have done a better job myself. I did question the price but was told that the price. Fuckers

£100 for a semi permanent colour. That’s daylight robbery.

Is that the right price for a semi with no cut or have they charged you for what you wanted (cut and different colour thingy) and given you a shit version of the cheaper semi?
