Has anyone ordered for Christmas and actually received their biscuits?

I ordered on Nov 2nd and other than confirmation email and money taken have heard nothing.
Order tracking says that my order isn’t even dispatched...
What’s going on?

AIBU to think that you stop taking more and more orders in the lead up to Christmas if you’re already struggling to fulfil the ones you already have?

I placed an order for a birthday present late November and had excellent customer service when one had been slightly damaged in the post - new box immediately dispatched. I’m really surprised you’ve had poor service - have you tried emailing them? That’s where I got my swift response.

Yes! Tried emailing and phoning... nothing 😬

I’m guessing from what I can see on SM that they have taken more orders than they can cope with.
