Can some music cause your Heart to race and give you a dizzy/sick feeling?
I’ve been trying to explain it to my friend who quite honestly thinks I’m bonkers.
My main trigger piece is King of the Hall Mountain (the Alton Towers theme) - I think it’s the way it speeds up that makes me feel like I’m being chased, which then brings on a racing heart and makes me feel dizzy and sick.
Is this a real medical thing or am I just a bit odd?! 🤣
