Can you help me with which TV show this was?

One of the characters had a condition that made their hands shake intermittently, and their limbs numb. Can't think what that would have even been.
Character denies there's a problem, until in a meeting a colleague stabs them in the leg with a pen (or something) to prove a point... and then says something along the lines of "You must have a problem... you didn't even feel that..."
I feel like it was an episode of Casualty, but can't think who/when... and it's driving me crazy.
I know one of you fab lot will know!

Some parts of it remind me of greys anatomy? Have you seen that?

There's an episode where Arizona robbins has lost her leg and has a prosthetic but has phantom leg pain so she (or another doctor) stabs her in the prosthetic leg with a pen to show her that it's not real and it's in her head?

Is that it?

I don't think she shakes though?

Also sounds like greys but with Richard Webber? In the last season we saw in uk.

But it's also a fairly generic hospital type story too.

Aw, thanks, but I've never seen Grey's Anatomy. Maybe I imagined the shaking or am muddling up two story lines. Confused
These are the kind of daft things that keep me awake at night.

There's a film called Talledega Nights, Will Ferrell comedy with a scene that has him stabbing himself in the leg?

I thought Grey's too where Alex stabs at Arizona's prosthetic foot
