It's year 6 homework. All words are Christmas related.

WHAT IS NUMBER 5!?

I've been at it for hours I can't work out what the hell it could be. Argh! It's driving me mad

I love this kind of thing but I can't for the life of me work this one out. I've been trying to get the words beginning with 'k' - but for the moment I am definitely stumped...

Nottherealslimshady · 18/12/2020 21:59

What are the numbers? Is there no description with it?

MrsBobBlackadder · 18/12/2020 22:00

The numbers make up the phrase - so the first one is 5 Gold Rings

Thereareliterallynonamesleft · 18/12/2020 22:00

What do the instructions say? Is it literally just anything Christmassy that has numbers in? What are the other answers? I think I’ve got the first two - 5 gold rings and 3 wise men? Just trying to get a feel for it!

StillCoughingandLaughing · 18/12/2020 22:01

I take it TFAK are the first letters of each word? Could the K word be kingdom?

MimsyBorogroves · 18/12/2020 22:01

Krakens?

WhoseThatGirl · 18/12/2020 22:02

12 days of Christmas

MrsBobBlackadder · 18/12/2020 22:02

@StillCoughingandLaughing I thought it could be kingdom too...

SquishSquashSqueeze · 18/12/2020 22:02

I'm usually all over these but 🤷‍♀️

A__ I assume is And or All
The first K has enough letters to be kingdom? Kindred?

AaronPurr · 18/12/2020 22:03

5 Gold rings
3 wise men
12 days of christmas
10 reindeer

So number 5 should, in theory be a simple answer.

Nottherealslimshady · 18/12/2020 22:04

Could kings be the last word?

xmaspuzzlenc · 18/12/2020 22:04

Yes so They're just words relating to Christmas.

I can't for the life of me work out number 5 it's bugging me TO DEATH.

Hoping someone gets it and puts me out of my misery. The whole of my cohort at uni have been pondering it for hours too, no joy yet!

I think the K could be kingdom or kindred !?

OP posts:
Corrag · 18/12/2020 22:05

Could the K word be Krampus?

AaronPurr · 18/12/2020 22:06

Since the others are so easy i'm wondering if there's been a typing error, especially as you've been unable to solve it for several hours.

xmaspuzzlenc · 18/12/2020 22:07

@SquishSquashSqueeze x post - we're on the same page!

OP posts:
BlackeyedSusan · 18/12/2020 22:07

the A word could be:
and
are
K: kittens?
kings?

Alittlexmasmagic · 18/12/2020 22:08

?? Knights Kings??

Alittlexmasmagic · 18/12/2020 22:09

Kissing!

sparepantsandtoothbrush · 18/12/2020 22:09

It's a typo surely? I'm usually really good at these and, as a PP said, the other ones are so easy this seems a bit odd (it is driving me mad though!)

Zoflorabore · 18/12/2020 22:09

There are 2 K’s, one is underneath. I’m not settling until this is solved!

InTheLongGrass · 18/12/2020 22:10

Could it be 2 T K AND (2) K K? Still cant think of anything tho!

GoingToInfinity · 18/12/2020 22:10

Could the KK be Kris Kringle? Not the right amount of letters though 🤔

fioreun · 18/12/2020 22:10

Kneeling kings?

LubaLuca · 18/12/2020 22:11

That is very annoying. I can't see anything obvious at all.
