I tried to order a sim only deal for DD for Christmas, she's getting her first phone. Get to the security/credit check part & they ask which of the 5 addresses listed have I been associated with. Well, none, I've never heard of any of them & I've been at my current address nearly 15 years. No 'none of the above' option & couldn't leave the page without selecting one. Checked my credit rating on Experian, all good nothing amiss, same with my bank account. Rang Tesco's who were most unhelpful, the guy argued I could have ignored the question (I couldn't) & tried to sell me a phone. Now I'm worried sick someone has been using my name/details at another address.
