But you managed to type your postHmm

stevalnamechanger · 18/12/2020 01:45

Can you call 101 ?

CrotchBurn · 18/12/2020 02:32

Are you okay now?

ViciousJackdaw · 18/12/2020 02:37

It sounds like you've got a terrible case of nocturnus mendacium

101 now.

Then, once the cheque is cancelled, find someone to take care of the twins. Not MIL, obvs. as she is a narcissist.

All you have to do then is wait for your 101 callback and refuse to follow any of the advice they give. You can then tell us the nearest A&E is a £30 taxi ride away and you only have 72p to last until next autumn and there's 2p on the elec meter.

Once you have enough 'donations', you can then de-reg and bugger off to the shops to buy a load of shite.

Or gargling with penis beaker water might cure it. Xmas Wink

Broken spine?

Brain eating worms?

Bluesheep8 · 18/12/2020 07:27

Not sure why the flippant replies, unless some pps know something I don't?
I read this as a serious post and it sounds like something neurological, I've been there. I would phone your drs and make an appointment asap.

Cheeseboardandmincepies · 18/12/2020 07:39

How have you managed to type with numb hands? Hmm

CrotchBurn · 18/12/2020 07:56

@Bluesheep8
Probably people from the MN reddit

Bluesheep8 · 18/12/2020 10:18

What's the MN reddit? Confused

vodkaredbullgirl · 18/12/2020 10:20

no idea

NoICanNot · 18/12/2020 17:18

@ViciousJackdaw
I been on here for fucking years love

I went to hospital last night and I have a potential answer.

Thanks for all who wasn't an arse.

Could be vitamin D deficiency, MS, transverse myelitis or any they neuropathic conditions. You won’t know if you don’t see a doctor.

And yes, you can type with numbness. Surface numbness doesn’t mean motor numbness.

CringeMinge · 18/12/2020 17:49

@Bluesheep8

What's the MN reddit? Confused
Years ago a Reddit was created where posters discuss threads they think are trolls. It was years ago and I think there was a specific thread that started it. I don't use Reddit and didn't come from Reddit last night, the thread was in active.

I'm going to apologise to OP because I was an arse with my comment, i wrongly assumed that someone who has gone numb from the nose down and and lost enough body control to the point they can't stand up and fall over wouldn't come to mumsnet asking for help but call the emergency services first. I shouldn't have been an arse and I'm genuinely sorry for my post and if it upset you @NoICanNot. I hope you're ok and it's nothing too serious

I am sorry people were so horrible to you last night. There is just no need for that. I hope you are feeling better now.

Bluesheep8 · 21/12/2020 07:56

Hope you're ok, op.
I am genuinely perplexed by some of the nasty responses to your post.

QuietlyExcited · 21/12/2020 08:02

That does sound awful, but I think people are bemused that you would be contacting MN rather than the NHS regarding your symptoms. What did the hospital say?

Bluesheep8 · 21/12/2020 10:06

Loads of people post about symptoms they're having though. The health board is full of them.
