I was about to send an order to Boden who were offering 10% off plus free postage. Then a postcard arrived in the mail advertising ‘up to 50% off’ in their sale starting on Thursday 17th December. So I delayed thinking I’d surely get a better deal. In fact, the reduction is the same 10%, but no free postage so my order would actually be £3.95 more than if I’d ordered before the sale started. AIBU to feel rather miffed about this? I joined their ‘chat’ but they just said sorry and that was the way it was.
