Ex family from hell

So as the title suggests, my sons father and his family are just evil.

He cheated, hit me and tried to report me to social services just because he had beef with me.

His family (mother mainly) were disappointed my child was a boy, even went as far as to say "I don't want a fucking boy"

His mother keeps saying my son is her baby, when he goes to here she doesn't tell me what he's doing or where he's going, she just followed me around Tesco's.

I get no help from my sons father, not financially or childcare wise! we have no contact and he's decided to make himself a rapper on YouTube.

My new partner brings my son up as his own
Where do I go from here and what do I do? I've just HAD ENOUGH and that's not even half of what they've done to me.

My first tip would be to remain objective.

Is your son safe in his dad's company. Is he treated well, is he brought back on time? If he is no contact and you don't see him then don't seek him out on youtube. Don't focus on what he is doing, just move on with your partner and your son and don't dwell on the past.

Agree with the above. All about if the child is treated well by him. Though he should have some respect for you also but it's about the child. My kids dads a prick but if my kids are treated well that's fine I can ignore him.

When you're further down the line with your partner, you could look into your partner adopting your son.

Alternatively- seek child support! Why are you allowing this man to not support his child?
