Seasoned Ryanair fliers - booking help!

Looking for help with a Ryanair booking. I've never flown with them before and am finding their policies a bit confusing. I booked to fly with my DH, but will be changing the flight dates and he will go on a different day. I know I can't move one person's flight, so I'll move the whole booking and he can book a new flight, but I added a suitcase under his name at the time of booking. Will I not be able to use this now as he won't be there? Or can I turn up to the airport and check in the suitcase even though it's technically under his name?

Go on live chat and they should be able to sort it out. Be warned, you'll pay as much as you paid for the flight just to change it

Hardly a great terrorist plan if a suitcase booked under Mr Jones is actually checked in by Mrs Jones. I was just wondering if it would be possible for me to check the bag in and if the name is attached to the specific name on the booking.

No, they don't have live chat on their website. They've got a chatbot, which is obviously limited in its capacity to answer specific questions.

That's true. Changes are so expensive. But then they have to make money somewhere. Quite a few flights for a fiver now👀 Tempted😂

You should be able to get to a person through the bot if I remember correctly
