Shall I hide my hair mask

So that partner who has VERY SHORT UNDYED hair stops using my colour protection hair mask.

I dont know why i find it annoying but I do. What does he expect it's going to do for him? At the same time though I feel petty

YABU = You are petty
YANBU = Hide it in your bathroom drawer

I hide my stuff from my husband too. He will use my expensive shampoo or any other products he can get his hands on, pisses me off a bit,😂

You realise he thinks "colour protect" means he won't go grey if he rubs it all over his head

Glad it's not just me. I may have set a precedent because I had one of those beauty boxes for a few months and anything that went onto the skin irritated me (serums etc). He now has a drawer full of posh organic face creams

I do just think though....your hair doesnt need a mask. But hiding it from him makes me feel like a selfish secret hoarder!

Just hide it. You're allowed to have you own things for goodness sake. Put it in a tampax box, he won't touch that with a barge pole.

Daughter & I have baskets of stuff for us.

The menfolk use what's on the edge of the bath.

Fortunately neither of them cba to do other than get in & use what's within reach!

Hide yours. Buy and put out the cheapest ones you can find. Job done, it'll be between you and me, no-one else will ever know

Mine is in a basket with orders that no one is to touch. Husband and boys use whatever is on bath side

I hide my expensive shampoo/conditioner/masks hidden from everyone. They are too expensive to be used by heavy handed others. Also I have oily hair and it is not so easy to source locally and everyone else has dry hair so not good for them anyway.

Get an empty tub and fill it with veet.

I'm cruel though.

Could you not just let him know it’s specifically for your coloured hair and is expensive so please don’t use it - say you’ve bought him something else. If he doesn’t use his own then yes hide it!
