To what to know where I got a wretched cold from!

So I’ve got a cold. A bog standard miserable winter cold.

But how, how did I get it?

No public transport. No hospitality venues.
Wearing mask in public and hand washing like a demon.

So how on earth have a got a cold

My brother has a cold and sore throat. He hasn't been out of the house for a week, and before that only to pick up a shopping order. Gloves, mask, hand gel, the works. It's a mystery.

Please get a Covid test. I had just cold symptoms and it was positive. I lied on the form saying I had a temp. The UK list is flawed severely which is why T&T isn't massively effective. Viruses can travel up to 6m in the right circumstances.

I got mine at the office, where we're busily incubating them for the nation.

Anon I’ve had a test and it was negative so pretty sure mine’s just a cold.

I had a cold at the weekend and wondered the same things nobody else in the house got it! I'm the one that has been out the least and always masked up when I am except when taking the dogs out (in a huge area where I never see any other people!).

It's gone now. Just the usual four days that it takes me to get over these things.

I feel as I'm coming down with something nasty, I was fine earlier, had a bath, then suddenly started shivering uncontrollably and aching everywhere and just want to be in bed, where I am now. I have a very blocked nose so thought I was getting a cold but I am just so shivery, I'm physically shaking and my hands are like ice.
