Yes going to get flamed
Air bnbs are available to book in tier 3 areas. Want to book an entire house for my partner and I.
We are hardly seeing anybody else.

Surely they wouldn,t be.

Scarby9 · 10/12/2020 22:31

But why are you posting here?
Obviously you would be contravening Tier 3 rules unless you are going to reveal that you need to stay overnight in a Tier 3 area for work or to carry out end of life care, or over the Christmas ubble period or any of the other exceptions.
So yes, with those caveats, YABU. But you know that.

Forgot to say it's during the xmas bubble
There are loads available to book in tier 3

We have booked one, it's during the Xmas bubble time for me DH and our 2 kids. It's so my mum can see us but won't have to travel as far. I don't see anything wrong with it, we won't be travelling on public transport and will take a shop of food with us as we'll be doing all meals in the house and only activities available are country walks

Wigisfashion83 · 10/12/2020 22:44

Is it in a Tier 3 area ? And good for you I say.

Yep near Stratford upon Avon, we're London so currently tier 2 but doesn't look like that's lasting for much longer!

Scarby9 · 10/12/2020 23:01

And there we go! I knew you had missed a key factor out of your OP.
So YANBU for booking an Air bnb when it is allowed to be open and you are allowed to stay in it.
