I took 3 chicken breasts out of the freezer this morning. I defrosted them in the microwave for 5 minutes. I did not want to do them any longer as I did not want them to cook. They were still a bit frozen when I put them into the slow cooker. I am making a casserole so also had veg and boiling water in the slow cooker. I plan to cook on high for 6 hours. Will this be ok?
