Running a business feels like babysitting

Just that really.

Any other business owners with employees sometimes feel like ripping their hair out or just quite frankly walking out? Where to I don't know but just...walking somewhere far far away!!

Every day there's new challenges - if it's not someone underperforming it's the next person not using their initiative, or the business losing money, I could go on and on. There are good times too but the wave of ups and downs is sometimes too much.

Sometimes the responsibility is just too much.

I make good money but sometimes the money isn't enough to have this constant BS in my life.

Can anyone else identify as I don't know many other business owners I can offload to?

Absolutely. Being self-employed is a 24 hour a day job

@Leaannb and employees will never, ever understand. If they did I think many would change their behaviour!

No matter how much people are remunerated they will rarely care as much as you do. I know it's what I signed up for but some days I just get so frustrated.

Honestly some days I feel like I'm suffocating.
