Baby sitting and corona

Am I allowed to babysit ? In the uk with the corona update ? Don't understand it if I'm honest

England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland?

Not unless you are baby sitting someone in your house or you are a single person with a bubble and the baby is in that bubble

Is it so the parents can work?

Formal childcare is allowed, as is a childcare bubble

No so parents can have a break I think and for the baby sitter to see their child ( relative ) ? It's not me babysitting I'm asking for someone

How do you mean professionally ?

Under the new support bubbles anyone with a child under the age of 1 can form a support bubble regardless of whether they're a single parent or not. So yes you could be their support bubble and babysit
