I need a change. I want to work on a self-employed or freelance basis ideally from home. I enjoy working alone and can no longer deal with the mundanity and sometimes silliness of office life i.e. emails about leaving cups in the sink 20 times a day 🙄
I love researching and writing reports, projects etc. (I’m an ok writer, not brilliant though, and do need to work on my grammar). I’m also very infested in data and statistics. I want a job that is flexible, can be done from anywhere and is reasonably well paid. I’m a work to live type person and not a live to work type and never will be.
I have the opportunity to undertake a course or even another degree if I wish.
Aibu to think this type of job fitting my requirements exists or am I being unrealistic? If not unrealistic, can anyone advise what I should do?
