I’ll be honest, I don’t know much about the Travelpreneur enterprise, but am already annoyed at being targeted by an old school friend. It just screams MLM to me. AIBU to think people should wake up and smell the coffee by now, before they lose money and friends?

Yeah. It's an mlm

People are stupid.

Showers3 · 24/11/2020 18:39

Do you know how it works? I don’t want to ask old friend for details for fear of encouraging her to hound me!

What is a 'travelpreneur'?

Showers3 · 24/11/2020 18:42

They seem to sell holidays, but I’m not sure how it works tbh.

sounds like a new one...yet to receive any newsfeed or junk from anyone....just had the life changing essential oils to delete.....soooo overpriced but they are life changing....!!

MLM = rip off / scam

Thesearmsofmine · 24/11/2020 18:53

Yeah it is. I’ve seen a a couple of social media ‘influencers’ doing this recently.

yelyah22 · 24/11/2020 19:15

I've seen a few of these pop up: "Would you like to get paid to travel?" (i.e. post 239389029239 Instagram quotes about letting your wings soar and the rest of your time badgering other people to sign up). Seems like an MLM to me!

myusernamewastakenbyme · 24/11/2020 19:18

A load of steaming shit...just like every other mlm scam.
