They call it unplugging but actually it's more like plugging back in
Tomorrow I want to have an "old me" day: back before I became a jaded, angry, tired smartphone addict.
I'm going to not use my phone except to call two old friends. Maybe cook something complicated. Read. Do some painting. Tomorrow morning I will have my coffee and smoke watching the sunrise instead of looking at AIBU an the guardian. Maybe despite the cold I'll go outside just to feel that chill and then the relief of coming inside.
I'm wondering what you would do if you had a whole day of nothingness in front of you?
Also I plan on doing something nice for people. I'm not sure what yet. But I have neglected people as was struggling myself. Maybe make some kind of christmas card thing or gift that's meaningful for people.
Anyone else feel like they need to get back to themselves lately?
