I have struggled with weight my whole life (mum had me on a diet as long as I can remember) lots of comments about my weight. I have gained an lost over the years.
Major weight loss was 5 stone about 10 years ago. Kept most of it off despite 2 pregnancies (where I put on 4 stone each time
) I am constantly now a stone over where I want to be - I diet, lose a bit, plateau then give up. Rinse and repeat.
This week I have done 14000ish steps every day. Eaten under 1200 cals, usually 900 with 500 cals on Thursday. Husband has lost 6lb this week. I have put on half a pound. HOW! I’m trying not to cry this morning but I’m so sick of this being so very hard! It’s like it doesn’t work any more
. I’m just so fed up!
