AIBU to steal someone’s fish?

So, put an offer on a house after 2 1/2 hrs viewing with sellers - lots of talking etc. They have now decided (2 weeks later) they have changed their mind about selling. We have now missed out on our 2nd and 3rd choice houses. AIBU if I creep round at night and steal all their gold fish from their pond as a punishment?

Just go and wee in it. Fish are buggers to transport.
