Meditation advice

Can any one recommend a hypnotherapist session or mediation I could download to help with severe pain please? Posting in Aibu for traffic ... Mum has just had a knee replacement which isn't healing well and she is in severe pain. (GP has prescribed meds but also recommended hypnosis or meditation to try and help her relax)

I use this one, the meditations are very short but makes me very relaxed. I listen to it on audible. My GP recommended it.
