Total lack of motivation

I'm not in the UK. In my country we have been locked down for afew weeks now. No visiting anyone, stay within 5k of home, everything closed except essential shops (supermarkets).

Thank god I still have work to go to and the schools are still open. So Mon - Fri I have a reason to get dressed and leave the house. But on the weekends I have nothing to do and nowhere to go. I dont even bother to get dressed. What's the point? I know I could go on a walk but honest to god I cant face ANOTHER aimless walk around my local area.

Just thoroughly fed up and cant motivate myself to keep busy anymore, but then my anxiety is through the roof by Monday as I haven't moved in 2 days. Ugh anyone else feel like this?

Hate to say it, but a walk and a bit of fresh air will do you good 🙈.

But you're definitely not the only one, I'm still not dressed yet, work outside the house 4 days a week and have started to dread days off a little bit just for the meh-ness of them. I love walking, but the motivation is lacking atm. Usually I try to keep in a routine of showering and getting dressed straight away, then out for a walk, but this morning is a write off and have period cramps, so sat on the sofa in my pyjamas watching Christmas adverts instead Blush.

I have very little motivation for working from home now! It’s really tough. So yanbu as I know how you feel!
