My iPhone 11 Pro has developed a fault. I wasn’t able to get it repaired in store today (Apple nor EE) due to the impending store closures.
I am able to mail it off for repair BUT
I am really worried about damage in transit - honestly, am I overthinking this? Should I just get on with it?
I have read some reviews online where customer’s devices were damaged after being sent for repair and the network provider washed their hands of it! Hence the concern. If anything does happen how can I prove it left me in good condition?
