12 weeks post and still yellow lochia

Sorry if posted in wrong part etc just wondering if anyone still had the yellow lochia discharge after 6 weeks.
Midwife said when asked at 8 weeks it can be ongoing past 6 weeks, doctor did a swab for thrush at 9 weeks and that came back negative and he didn’t seem to be phased by fact it’s ongoing. Booked another doctor appointment for next week as it’s just getting to me.

It’s yellow sometimes darker yellow, sometimes almost bright yellow with hints of green, no smell. Having to change liner 3/4 times a day. Had two episodes of blood spotting but didn’t develop into a full period, which I’ve not had yet.

I’m breastfeeding exclusively and well in my self otherwise.

Anyone else experienced this?

Was it only thrush they swabbed for? I'd be worried about infection, especially if there is sometimes green

Yes! I had green discharge for a few months after my second. Checked for thrush, bv and STI's. It didn't smell and wasnt painful or any other symptoms just a weird colour. I think it was just hormones getting back to normal but I'd get checked just to be on the safe side

I was only aware of him swapping for thrush.
Will be asking him to do others if he hasn’t
