Good winter waterproof boots recommendations

Sorry not aibu but posted in shoes and clothing and not responses. Any good recommendations for a quality waterproof winter boot? Are Timberland boots any good? Sick and tired of buying cheapo boots that only last 5 minutes and don't keep my feet dry. I need waterproof long lasting ankle boots. I have small feet so can fit into kids size 5.5/6 but I don't want to spend £120 on Timberlands if they are poor quality. If not, any recommendations that are under £150?

I’ve just got some Emu boots off the back of another thread - I wanted something a bit smarter-looking than my trusty Sorel boots and they’re fantastic! Absolutely love them.

@Slothkin which emu boots did you buy?

I got some Karrimor waterproof and used them in February in Edinburgh. Driving sleet and hail. Out all day and feet were dry!

I have a couple of pairs of country boots which I think look smart enough to wear for most things. Both of mine are a bit out of your budget but there are lots around for £150 ish.
