To keep my kids home tomorrow

At my two eldest's school, there are quite a few cases of covid 19 and lots of people from DD's year have been sent home to isolate. She told me she was sat in between two people who came into contact with the student that has covid, and those two students are now isolating. I'm pregnant and anxious and I don't know what the right thing is to do. I'm debating whether to keep all the kids home tomorrow and friday and they can do work off google classroom or if I'm being dramatic and I should keep them in school. Next week is their half term aswell so they would be home then.
Would it be unreasonable to keep my children at home tomorrow and Friday instead of sending then into school?

It's two days. If you're worried tell the school they look like they're coming down with something. You'll get a hundred people here telling you it's terrible but in a world where kids are self isolating every other week no one cares.

Keeping them off for 2 days before half term would be fine but what are you going to do after half term?
This isn't going away and there will be many more cases and periods of isolating in the school.

What have the school said? They’d have a clear algorithm by now about what to do.

YANBU at all. My yr11 DD has been sent home from her bubble today and I am keeping my yr 7 DD home too - they break up for 1/2 term anyway x

I had 2 emails, both saying there were cases in my kids years and I'd get another email incase my kids need to isolate, and I didn't get another email. I am just worried about DD being sat in between 2 people who are now isolating, and she said it was for a full 45 minute lesson. I don't know what I'll do after half term, because soon I'll have a newborn aswell as my other 6 kids going to school and nursery.

I have no issue with you keeping them home, but to be honest if the others (the ones who were in contact with the positive case) are off isolating, what's the point?

Keep them home. It’s two days. You’ll feel better.
