Lately my 13 month old seems to be scared of her bedroom and hates going in.her cot! She was fine with going up to nap, rolling over and going off to sleep herself until recently.
She doesn't seem tired enough for her usual 9.30am nap lately and screams if I take her up to bed. However by 11am she is flagging but last few days has only had half hour nap in pram or car then awake until bed time! (She flags again around 4pm).
Shall I try to do one nap today at about 11.45 and hope she goes for a few hours? Also any ideas on the hating her bedroom/cot all of a sudden? She cries and reaches out for the door to leave. I'm not sure if this is connected to why she is struggling to nap or a separate issue.
Any advice?
