Has anyone had a rash with Covid?

DC has begun coughing tonight (unsure if Covid related or just general cough/cold.)

I now have a itchy rash all over my back/arms. Could the rash be Covid related?

Yes. Take a look here: covid.joinzoe.com/post/covid-skin-rash-bad

Skin rash has definitely been mentioned in a lot of articles about covid. Doctors wanted it added to the list of main symptom as it often appears before any other symptoms

Excellent news 🤦🏻‍♀️

OP I randomly developed urticaria about 10 years ago. Came out of nowhere. Progressed to also getting it from the cold. It looks terrible and is bloody itchy, but not fatal (well, unless I get into ice cold water and suffer anaphylaxis!) It may be covid linked, but it may not be. Everyone has had a pretty stressful year and while my consultant says stress doesn't cause it, stress can exacerbate it.

Thanks @lawandgin going to go to bed & hope we’re all better by the morning Grin🤞🏼

I have a hideous rash. Was poorly in March and still cant breathe properly. The rash is awful. I posted about it on here previously. Didnt know it was a symptom

Ihavenoideawhatmyusernameis · 15/10/2020 16:26

My husband and daughter had the rash but I didn’t. It was bloody awful for them. It kept coming back on and off for my hubby for nearly 8 weeks

FunDragon · 15/10/2020 16:28

Not me, but a friend’s son had a rash and fever and tested positive.

Fire48shoes · 07/11/2020 07:02

I have covid and then as tested positive. Other symptoms all seem to have improved but the hives started yesterday and I’m covered in them so I don’t think the rash is a possibly first symptom as with me, it seems to be one of the latter ones

Crakeandoryx · 07/11/2020 07:24

I got very itchy skin and a rash. Get s test booked.

3yo had Covid earlier this year, and for about 3/4 months afterwards, had terrible itching (no rash but so itchy she scratched herself raw). Apparently it's definitely a symptom in younger children, and we found nothing at all helped Sad

Rash all over torso lasted about 6 weeks . Hideous cold (or so I thought) that took my smell and taste. Convinced I had it.
