I took a new contract out on 13th July this year, cancelled it the next day and returned the phone. All good, within the 14 day period. Waited for my upfront refund..... and waited ..... and waited Contacted them again and was told I would receive a CHEQUE !! in 28 days.
28 days up no cheque. Was told they would escalate and then a week later my cheque arrived. Trudged off to the bank and paid it in. 2 weeks later a letter from the bank saying cheque had been cancelled. Another call to customer services "oh we are going to refund your card". When? "should be with you on 8th September"
Guess what just got bank statement and no refund. 3 bloody months and they still owe me £159.99.
How the hell do I get them to give me my money back. They make a lot of promises but never refund my money. I have been on twitter, Facebook and Instagram, emailed company and CEO. where the hell do I go now. I am not writing off my money. I worked bloody hard for it. Any ideas?
