Anyone who has had a positive Covid test recently?

I had a test this week - change of taste, which thankfully was negative. There was quite a queue at Glasgow Airport and a lot of people getting tests. Has anyone recently had a test and been diagnosed with the virus? If you tested negative what were your symptoms? If you have tested positive how are you feeling?

How long did it take to get your results? We are just waiting for a result for my DS after a high temp last night. Temp normal this morning. He had just started coughing a lot but he is prone to sinusitis, heavy colds, post nasal drip and non wheezy asthma (Coughs instead).

I had my test at 2.30 in the afternoon and had the result at 6am by text the following day.

Yes tested positive on 27th August, no symptoms at first but then suddenly developed high temperature, aching joints, loss of taste and smell and just generally felt shocking, few weeks on still feeling tired in general

I’ve had sore throat, headache, coughing, tight chest and for a couple of days struggling to breathe. Test came back negative though. I was convinced I had it though.
