Implant out no period yet

Hi, I’ve never posted anything on anything like this before but I had my implant removed on 5th August - two months over due coz of coronavirus and should’ve come out in June (today is 13th September) and I haven’t had a period yet. I did notice some blood on tissue when I wiped 4 days ago but since absolutely nothing. I’ve had cramps, headaches, feeling sick, tired the works.

I had mine out on 13th August, originally had an appointment on 26th March but obviously that didn't happen!
I've had nothing yet in terms of spotting or bleeding. I've been weirdly bloated for the past fortnight and I've had the spots I usually get but nothing has come of it 🤷‍♀️

I think implant is same hormone as depo injection - I have no intention of coming off depo but have been told if I do to expect it to take up to a year for periods etc to return and settle. Although advice may have changed, it's a while since anyone suggested it to me.
