Over the last few days I have witnessed another parent collecting 3 kids from our local infant school, and letting an approx 5 year old child sit in the front seat without a car seat or seatbelt. The child has not been seated as she's driven off. I don't know the parent, she clearly has no regards for the child's safety. AIBU to report her?
