NDN is often a little inconsiderate but generally harmless.
About 3-4 days ago I started hearing this beeping all the time. Took me a while but I’ve now seen they’ve installed a cat scarer. It’s like a beeping thing, high pitched, I presume they don’t like cats.
Anyway, I’m not aware of anyone in our immediate vicinity who has a cat, we do not have a cat. Not aware of any cat issues.
The beeping, constantly, is driving me absolutely bonkers! I mean it’s on their land (front garden) but do I really have to put up with this?
Am I being unreasonable to go round there and tell them to switch it off?
They’re elderly- I guess they can’t hear it or it doesn’t bother them.
