To ask for advice on sports bras

I’ve started exercising and realised I need a sports bra. I’m not big up top (36b) but am uncomfortable when running on the treadmill.

Haven’t got a clue where to get a really good support bra- would a sports shop be a good start?

I buy from boobydoo website. They have lots of brands

I get mine online from belle lingerie

I wear panache. Can be expensive, but I do a lot of sport and I also wear mine to work in as they are comfortable (therapist)

I wear Freya ones, you can get them online. They're very supportive.

I second boobydoo, they have a great range. The shock absorber Run is my personal choice.

I'm a 36b and the M & S front zipping ones are, in my opinion, absolutely the way to go. Before I got pregnant I did a lot of exercise (runnjng/HIIT classes etc.) and they worked perfectly. Soo much easier to have a front zipping one!

Brastop usually have a good deal on Freya sports bras which are pretty good. I'm pretty booby and find that they are supportive

I'm a 30G and Panache are excellent. Second Belle Lingerie as a seller.

I love the Shock Absorber high impact/Run bra. It doesn’t fit like a normal bra (it does a different job after all). You tend to need to go up a band size and down a cup size.

Flymetothesun · 02/09/2020 19:19

I like the zip up too, getting a sweaty bra off is a workout in itself.
Sweaty Betty do a good one but it's overpriced.

Another vote for panache
