Due to fly this weekend, booked months and months ago.

Flights been changed to terrible times with long delays between connecting flights.
Possibly not their fault.

Hotel closed.
Possibly not their fault.

Said they'd call back to arrange flights and alternate accommodation by yesterday. Not heard a thing.

Definitely their fault.

Having the same issue with them, rebooked our cancelled holiday to Greece but had an email from the hotel saying that they basically haven't had enough bookings to justify opening, which is completely fair enough. but not heard anything from them about cancelling and getting our money back as we don't want different accommodation. managed to finally get throughbon their online chat and told we will be contacted but still waiting

I am on a couple of holiday forum groups on FB and love holidays has been the one which has upset most people other than Ryan Air flights!

My friends had a nightmare with them for 3 weeks trying to get a refund they promised because of cancelled flights and hotels.

Absolutely nothing.

That said, I wouldn’t presume that the OP’s budget was to blame.

We'd spent over £6k so hope budget not a factor.

It's not that things go wrong (things do go wrong and as I've said, possibly not their fault), it's how bad they have been at sorting it and bearing in mind we are due to go in two days, we have heard nothing.

I know I am not BU!!
