ITV2 showing Contagion tonight

Ok I haven’t actually seen this film but I understand it’s about the spread of a killer virus.
I can’t help but think this is slightly ill timed!

Nobody is forcing you to watch it.

We're cracking on with Pandemic legacy here, because we have this weird ability to seperate reality from entertainment.

Sainsbo were advertising "locked down prices".

Very distasteful, especially as you can't purchase a lot of products because of their failure to ration certain items.

Bugger, it's my fault for opening this thread. I don't want to know what happened - I am planning on watching this.

We watched it a few weeks ago because the Doctor in the Netflix documentary Pandemic talks about seeing it and knowing what she wanted to do when she grew up.

Good film

I watched it last week. Good film & Kate Winslet’s character actually explains some of the science behind pandemics.

Viewing isn’t compulsory.

@Willow2017 I highly doubt it will perform miracles! Plenty of morons out there. Worth a go though

I reckon the idea is so it seems what we are going through is not half as bad as the content of the film. It’s to make us feel good or at least better about our situation.

I think it’s a good thing. Maybe it’ll make all the arseholes who aren’t following advice wake up and listen!

I'm waiting for the tv to show 28 Days later. Now there's a good disaster movie.

If it is on ITV2 tonight, does that mean it will be on ITV3 in a few days please? I want to watch it but have a lot of shit to do tonight.
