Been with DP for 4 years. He's always been very into gaming. It's a hobby that he loves and I respect that. He doesn't play every day but when he does game he loses complete track of time. I find he tells me he's only playing until so and so and it can be up to several hours later until he switches it off. Things that matter like work, important events, picking my two DC up from school(DC from Previousrelationship), date nights etc gaming has never come before them and he's always on time but simple chores I ask him to do when he games get done several hours after I've initially asked, and 9/10 they finally get done after I remind him and tbh I'm getting tired of my own voice and I feel like a nag. Tonight I suggested we could watch a movie, he was up for it, we agreed 8PM after the DC went to bed, now usually I'd remind him its 8pm let's watch this movie but tonight I thought that I'm no longer going to be his alarm clock. He finally comes off 10pm, far too late to start watching a movie and he's now annoyed that I didn't remind him. AMIBU or was it a childish thing to do on my part?
