Partly a parking one, but also a general CF tactic I have observed.
Bear with me though as DD is in an 8.45 am swimming lesson so my lack of sleep and coffee may not be helping.
I go to pull forward into a parking space but realise that CF is over 4 spaces as per diagram. I hadn't realised as I had pulled in a bit to the right where there was no car, intending to straighten up.
After pulling forward I could JUST fit in the space but she was still over my space so I couldn't get DD out who's on that side. I couldn't speak to her so I honked my horn.
She did pull forward and straighten up but pulled back more so she was still over two spaces.
I got out with DD to get my ticket and on walking back noticed she had got out. I said (a little firmly but still politely I feel) "do you know you're still over two spaces?"
"Oh I KNOW it's AWFUL isn't it" she said in the tones of someone agreeing that teenagers today are unmanageable.
"Are you going to move it then?"
"When I've got my ticket"
AIBU or is this woman's Saturday morning activity "being as annoying as possible to other motorists"? What's with the "oh it's so awful" tone when it's her that is in the wrong?
